Our first time to meet Anita was at her wedding to my cousin, Bernie, in Carnation, Washington. Ivar and I had been engaged just a year, and planning our wedding the following year. It was a fun event, with family and friends enjoying each other the Warner way! Many years passed from that day to when we saw Anita again, but I don't remember those in-between times. However, Ivar and I were pleasantly surprised to see her at Steve Warner's birthday (I think that was the day). She looked as beautiful as the first day we met her on her wedding day...with a beaming smile...a welcome hug...and good conversation, catching up on the years lost. Anita, you left us too young, but God must have had special plans for you...we will never know. I can only imagine with your beautiful smile and beaming eyes, you are part of the welcoming party in heaven now. Be at peace in mind, body and spirit...we love you...Ivar and Nancy (those cousins from California!)
